Palmabook Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.
By accessing or using the Palmabook Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the arbitration clause and class-action waiver described below.


1. Scope of Palmabook Services

1.1 Palmabook.com (“Palmabook,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a digital marketplace that connects property owners and hospitality partners (“Hosts”) with travelers or corporate clients (“Guests”).
Palmabook provides exposure, marketing, and connection tools — it does not own or manage the properties listed on the Platform.

1.2 The Palmabook Platform includes:

  • The website and subdomains at Palmabook.com;

  • Official mobile applications;

  • Partner integrations with Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and Google Hotel Ads;

  • AI-driven concierge and support tools (“Palmabook AI”).

1.3 Palmabook acts solely as an intermediary. Contracts are formed directly between Hosts and Guests. Palmabook is not a real-estate broker, insurer, or travel agency. Palmabook does not guarantee the performance, quality, or legality of any listing or Host Service.

1.4 Palmabook reserves the right to promote listings via Google Ads, social media, and third-party websites to increase visibility and occupancy. Translations or marketing adaptations may be provided for convenience only.


2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract.
By using Palmabook, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you comply with all applicable laws and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.


3. Modifications

Palmabook may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


4. Account Registration

  • One account per natural or legal person unless authorized in writing.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • Palmabook is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access unless due to our negligence.

  • Palmabook may verify your identity or business registration at any time.


5. Service Fees

Palmabook may charge service fees to Hosts and/or Guests for marketing, synchronization, or booking services.
All applicable fees and taxes are displayed before confirmation. Fees are collected by Palmabook Payments and are generally non-refundable except as required by law.


6. Customer Support

Customer service is offered exclusively via our verified Facebook page: facebook.com/Palmabook, available 24/7.

If you contact us by phone, please leave your full name and establishment ID.
All written requests for support or disputes must be submitted via our Facebook Messenger to ensure traceability and verification.


7. Bookings & Cancellations

  • A confirmed booking constitutes a direct contract between Host and Guest.

  • Overstays beyond the agreed checkout time may result in fees up to 2× the nightly rate, plus applicable taxes.

  • Cancellation and refund rules follow the Host’s published policy.

  • In exceptional cases (fraud, safety, or regulatory issues), Palmabook may cancel a booking in its sole discretion to protect users and the integrity of the Platform.


8. Ratings & Reviews

Members may leave reviews and ratings after verified stays or experiences.
Palmabook does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of reviews and reserves the right to remove content violating our community standards or showing evidence of manipulation.


9. Damages & Disputes

Guests are responsible for leaving accommodations in the same condition as arrival.
Disputes between Hosts and Guests should first be addressed directly.
Palmabook may assist in mediation but is not obligated to arbitrate or compensate parties for damages.


10. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, and design elements of Palmabook.com are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
No user may copy, distribute, or reuse content from the Platform without written consent.


11. Limitation of Liability

Palmabook provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palmabook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.


12. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada (Province of Québec) and applicable international regulations.
Any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Montréal, QC, unless local laws require otherwise.
