Last Updated: October 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between the user (“you”) and the platform operated under the name Palmabook (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By accessing or using Palmabook, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose and Scope
Palmabook is a digital technology platform that enables property owners, hospitality partners, and authorized operators (“Hosts”) to publish and promote accommodations to travelers or corporate guests (“Guests”).
Palmabook provides exposure, automation, and marketing tools; it does not own, operate, or control any accommodation.
The platform functions exclusively as a visibility and distribution service.
2. Operating Principles
-
Palmabook is not a travel agency, broker, or insurer.
-
Each Host determines its own rates, policies, and legal responsibilities.
-
Palmabook may display a retail price that includes a markup to cover technology, AI tools, marketing, and customer service.
-
No commissions are deducted from Hosts’ payouts.
-
All relationships between Hosts and Guests are direct, and Palmabook remains a neutral facilitator.
3. Platform Components
Palmabook includes the main website, internal booking interface, synchronization systems, digital marketing infrastructure, and artificial intelligence tools used to enhance visibility, manage calendars, and automate communication between Hosts and Guests.
Palmabook may adapt or translate listings automatically to improve search relevance and audience reach.
4. Account Creation and Security
To access Host or Guest features, users must register an account with accurate information.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under their account.
Palmabook reserves the right to verify identity or suspend accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation.
5. Pricing, Fees, and Payments
Palmabook facilitates secure payments through approved third-party processors.
All applicable fees or markups are displayed prior to confirmation.
Palmabook does not serve as an escrow agent or financial institution and does not hold funds on behalf of users beyond operational necessity.
Each Host remains fully responsible for taxes, regulations, and compliance applicable to their jurisdiction.
6. Bookings, Cancellations, and Modifications
A confirmed booking constitutes a direct contract between the Host and the Guest.
Each property’s cancellation, refund, and modification policies apply exactly as displayed at the time of booking.
Palmabook reserves the right to cancel or restrict activity when fraud, safety, or misuse is suspected.
7. Reviews and Feedback
Guests and Hosts may leave ratings or feedback following verified stays.
Palmabook may remove or adjust content that violates community standards or shows evidence of manipulation, falsification, or defamation.
Feedback must remain factual and respectful.
8. Platform Integrity
Palmabook monitors its systems for accuracy, reliability, and safety.
Unauthorized scraping, duplication, or interference with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Technical or algorithmic updates may occur without prior notice to ensure performance and compliance.
9. Support and Communication
Official communication occurs exclusively through the secure contact features integrated into the Palmabook platform interface.
Messages or claims made outside the platform will not be considered official or valid.
Palmabook commits to fair, timely, and confidential handling of all legitimate user inquiries.
10. Intellectual Property
All technology, design, branding, software code, text, and images under the Palmabook identity are proprietary and protected by intellectual-property law.
Use or reproduction of Palmabook content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
11. Governance and Dispute Resolution
Palmabook operates under neutral international digital-commerce standards.
Any concern or disagreement must first be submitted in writing through the official internal communication system.
Palmabook will review each case individually and act in good faith to resolve issues efficiently.
No external legal or public procedure may be initiated before completion of this internal resolution process.
This clause ensures privacy, fairness, and protection for all users of the platform.
12. Liability Limitation
Palmabook provides all tools and services “as is”, without express or implied warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international principles, Palmabook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use or inability to use the platform, including delays, data errors, or third-party service interruptions.
13. Privacy and Data Use
Palmabook collects and processes data solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and securing its services.
User data is not sold or shared externally except as necessary to fulfill legitimate operational or legal requirements.
Access to stored information is strictly limited and managed under confidentiality and data-protection standards.
14. Amendments
Palmabook may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions supersede all previous versions as of their publication date.
Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Transparency and Commitment
Palmabook exists to empower hospitality professionals through fair technology.
Its model is founded on transparency, zero hidden commissions, and digital integrity.
All listings remain under the full ownership and responsibility of their respective Hosts.
16. Entire Agreement
