Palmabook – Terms of Service

1. Scope of Palmabook Services

Palmabook.com (“Palmabook”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a neutral digital platform providing hospitality visibility, synchronization, and AI-driven marketing tools.

Palmabook connects Hosts (hotels, villas, professional lodging providers) with Guests (travelers or corporate clients).

Palmabook does not own, operate, or manage any accommodation.


All booking contracts are directly between Hosts and Guests.
Palmabook acts solely as a technology intermediary, not as a travel agency, broker, or insurer.


2. Business Model Transparency

Each Host independently sets their net wholesale rate.
Palmabook may apply a visible markup on the public price to cover software, marketing, and operational costs.
Palmabook does not take commissions from Hosts’ payouts.

This “0 % commission / transparent markup” model complies with international marketplace and advertising regulations.


3. Platform Ecosystem

Palmabook’s ecosystem includes :

  • The web domain Palmabook.com and its sub-domains;

  • Mobile, booking and partner integrations (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Google Hotel Ads);

  • AI modules for marketing, visibility optimization, and multilingual customer support;

  • Verified official pages on social networks and partner channels.

Palmabook may globally promote listings to improve visibility and conversion performance.


4. Account Registration and Integrity

Users must register one account per person or entity.
You are responsible for securing your credentials and activity under your profile.
Palmabook may require identity or ownership verification to maintain network security and compliance.


5. Payments & Fees

All transactions are processed through authorized third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Mercury Bank, or approved local gateways).

  • Fees or markups appear transparently before confirmation.

  • Hosts receive net payouts without Palmabook withholding commissions or taxes, except where required by local law.

  • Palmabook is a technology platform, not a financial intermediary or escrow service.

All processors are certified PCI-DSS Level 1 and operate under encrypted SSL/TLS 256-bit protocols.


6. Cancellations & Modifications

A confirmed reservation forms a direct contract between Host and Guest.
Each Host’s published cancellation policy applies unless a verified Travel Issue (as defined in the Guest Refund Policy) occurs.
Palmabook reserves the right to cancel or suspend any booking in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or safety concerns.


7. Reviews & Ratings

Only verified Guests may submit reviews after completed stays.
Palmabook may moderate or remove reviews that contain false information, hate speech, or manipulative intent.
All reviews remain the intellectual property of Palmabook for moderation and visibility purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, designs, texts, and media on Palmabook are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or scraping of content is strictly prohibited.


10. Limitation of Liability

Palmabook operates “as is / as available”.
No warranty—explicit or implied—is provided regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
Palmabook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use or third-party integrations.


11. Governance & Dispute Resolution (Neutral Clause)

Palmabook functions under international standards of digital commerce, fairness, and data protection.

All inquiries or disputes must be addressed first through Palmabook’s Compliance Channel (Messenger / Email).
Palmabook reviews each case individually and acts in good faith toward an equitable solution.

No public complaint, legal filing, or class action may proceed until the internal review is complete.
This ensures confidentiality, neutrality, and cross-border fairness for both Hosts and Guests.


12. Policy Updates

Palmabook may revise these Terms at any time.
The latest version, identified by the “Last Updated” date, is authoritative.
Continued use of the Platform after publication equals acceptance of the new Terms.
