3. Reserve

Palmabook operates under a dual reservation model:

  • Direct Reservations: For properties managed directly by Palmabook, you complete your reservation entirely on palmabook.com. Pricing, payments, and customer support are handled by Palmabook.
  • Partner Reservations: For partner listings, you may be directed to an authorized third-party platform to complete your reservation. The partner platform handles pricing, payments, and customer support for those reservations.

Every listing clearly labels the reservation path before you take any action. There are no hidden transitions or surprise navigation changes.

4. Travel

After your reservation is confirmed, you receive all the details you need for your stay - check-in instructions, host contact information, and property guidelines - through the appropriate channel (Palmabook or the partner platform).
