Google Ads & Booking Operations Compliance Policy (Palmabook.com)
Last updated: 2025-12-15
Article 1 — Purpose
This policy explains Palmabook’s dual-model operations: (i) Direct Bookings offered under Palmabook’s own terms for selected properties, and (ii) Partner Bookings completed on third‑party partners (such as Booking.com via AWIN), including the compliance protocols we follow for Google Ads, Booking.com, and AWIN. This page is provided for transparency and compliance purposes and is not legal advice.
Article 2 — Definitions
-
Palmabook: Palmabook.com and its operator, Palmabook Holdings, Inc.
-
Direct Booking: a reservation confirmed on Palmabook under Palmabook terms (Instant Booking or Request‑to‑Book).
-
Partner Booking: a reservation completed on a third‑party partner site (e.g., Booking.com).
-
User Action: explicit user action (search submit, listing click, “View on Booking.com” click).
-
Redirect: navigation to a partner domain triggered only by a User Action.
-
Listing Label: the on‑screen label that defines the booking path.
Article 3 — Platform model (Master definition — SAFE; Not a bridge)
Palmabook operates a dual-model travel platform: (i) Direct Bookings offered under Palmabook’s own terms for selected properties, and (ii) Partner Bookings, where users are redirected to third‑party partners (such as Booking.com via AWIN) to complete reservations. Palmabook’s affiliate participation applies exclusively to Partner Bookings and does not apply to Direct Bookings on Palmabook.
Palmabook does not misrepresent itself as Booking.com and does not exist solely to route users elsewhere. The Listing Label determines the booking path:
-
“Book on Palmabook” = Direct Booking
-
“View on Booking.com” = Partner Booking
Article 4 — Truth Protocol (UI labeling is mandatory)
Protocol 4.1 — Direct Booking label
If a booking can be completed on Palmabook, the listing must display:
-
“Book on Palmabook”
-
booking type: “Instant Booking” or “Request‑to‑Book”
-
a visible link to Palmabook cancellation/refund terms before confirmation
Protocol 4.2 — Partner Booking label
If a booking is completed on Booking.com, the listing must display:
-
“View on Booking.com”
-
“Handled by Booking.com”
-
a visible link to the Affiliate & Advertising Compliance Statement
Article 5 — Direct Bookings (Palmabook Booking)
For Direct Bookings:
-
booking is confirmed on Palmabook (instant) or submitted for approval (request)
-
Palmabook terms and cancellation/refund rules are displayed before confirmation
-
Palmabook support covers Palmabook platform issues and Direct Bookings
Article 6 — Partner Bookings (Booking.com via AWIN)
For Partner Bookings labeled “View on Booking.com”:
-
you may be redirected to Booking.com via the AWIN affiliate network after a User Action
-
reservation, pricing, checkout, and customer support are handled by Booking.com
-
Palmabook cannot modify, cancel, or refund Booking.com reservations
Affiliate tracking and commission eligibility apply to Partner Bookings only.
Affiliate disclosure: Palmabook.com participates in the Booking.com affiliate programme via AWIN. If you click a Palmabook link to Booking.com and complete an eligible booking, Palmabook.com may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you.
As a Booking.com Affiliate, Palmabook.com earns from qualifying transactions.

Article 7 — Price & availability integrity
Palmabook does not intentionally mislead users about pricing, fees, availability, or booking responsibility.
-
Direct Booking: pricing and booking conditions are shown on Palmabook prior to confirmation.
-
Partner Booking: final pricing and availability are determined by the partner site at checkout.
Article 8 — Google Ads destination quality protocol
Palmabook maintains ad landing pages that are:
-
functional and navigable (no blocked clicks, broken links, dead ends)
-
meaningful (real content and real listings; not placeholder-only pages)
-
transparent (disclosures and policies accessible sitewide)
-
non-deceptive (no cloaking, no fake urgency, no “official Booking.com” claims)
Article 9 — Redirect protocol (User‑initiated only)
Redirects to partners occur only after a User Action. Palmabook does not:
-
auto‑redirect on page load or on a timer
-
use pop‑ups, pop‑unders, or forced navigation
-
embed partner sites via iframes
-
mask or cloak destinations
Article 10 — Prohibited techniques (strict)
Palmabook does not:
-
use extensions, toolbars, adware, injected affiliate links
-
resell or sublicense tracking links
-
impersonate partners or hijack partner ads
-
buy blind traffic from unverifiable sources
-
use malware or harmful code
-
manipulate tracking systems or run deceptive redirection
Article 11 — Paid media rules (Google Ads operations)
-
Ads land on Palmabook.com (never directly to Booking.com).
-
No bidding on Booking.com brand terms or confusing variants.
-
Ads must clearly represent Palmabook.com (no impersonation).
-
Ad copy must not claim Palmabook controls partner refunds/support.
-
Campaigns are paused immediately if a compliance risk is detected.
Article 12 — Data, privacy & AI

Palmabook does not access or store partner payment credentials.
