How do I respond to booking requests?
On Palmabook, some listings can be booked right away with Instant Book, while others require the guest to send a reservation request first. If your listing accepts requests, review each request carefully and reply as soon as you can.
Before you accept, check the guest's travel dates, number of guests, and any message they included. You can also review the information available on their profile, such as verified email, phone, government ID, or connected social accounts when provided.
If the stay works for your property, accept the request in your hosting dashboard. If it is not a good fit, decline it promptly so the guest can continue their search.
