What is Instant Book?

Instant Book is a feature that lets guests book certain listings right away without waiting for host approval. If a property has Instant Book enabled, the reservation can be confirmed as soon as the guest completes checkout.

This can make booking faster, especially for guests with fixed travel dates. After booking, the guest and host can use Palmabook messaging to discuss check-in details and any important stay information.

Not every listing uses Instant Book. Some hosts prefer to review reservation requests before accepting them.
