What should I do after I book my trip?

Three simple things:

  1. Keep your confirmation email: it is your booking contract. It contains your booking reference, access PIN and voucher PDF.
  2. Check the stay details, including the dates, property address, guests and any cancellation conditions shown.
  3. At check-in, show your voucher on your phone or printed, together with a photo ID.

From Find my booking, you can view your booking, download the voucher when available, and cancel a booking or individual room when online cancellation is available under its policy. Use your booking reference and PIN to access the page.
