How is my personal data protected?

Palmabook collects the information needed to process and manage a booking, including guest names, contact details, exact occupancy, country of residence, stay details, and technical or security data needed to process the request. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Palmabook. Your booking page is protected by your private access PIN.
