Where is my voucher and what is it for?

Your voucher is your check-in document. It is attached to your confirmation email as a PDF and carries your booking reference, the property details, your dates and the amount paid. Show it at the front desk, on your phone or printed, together with a photo ID for the lead guest. Lost the email? Use Find my booking with your booking reference and PIN to download the voucher again when it is available.
