How do I cancel my booking?

You can request cancellation from Find my booking:

1. Open Find my booking and enter your booking reference and PIN.
2. Choose Cancel for the booking or the individual room concerned.
3. When the cancellation conditions and applicable amount are known, they are shown before you confirm. Palmabook does not invent a fee when those conditions are unavailable.

Any refund is calculated from the amount actually charged and returned to the original payment method. Use the booking page to verify the actual cancellation and refund status; email notifications supplement that page.
