How do I find my booking without an account?

Use the Find my booking page, linked in the footer.

1. Open Find my booking.
2. Enter the booking reference shown in your confirmation email.
3. Enter the 6-character access PIN shown in the same email.

You will see the available booking details, including the dates, property and guests, plus any cancellation conditions supplied for the rate and the voucher when it is available to download. Keep your PIN private because it protects access to your booking.
