How is my payment handled?

Your payment is handled by a specialized payment provider, and Palmabook does not store your card details.

• At booking time, your card is authorized for the total shown.
• It is charged only for confirmed rooms.
• If no room is confirmed, nothing is charged and the authorization is released.
• For a partially confirmed group, the charge is the total of the confirmed rooms and the unused authorization is released.

All Palmabook prices are in US dollars, with no booking fee added at checkout. Some destinations require local taxes to be collected directly by the property at check-in; when that applies, it is indicated before payment.
