Who can host on Palmabook?

Palmabook is a vacation rental marketplace where hosts can list properties such as villas, apartments, and condos. If you have a property that you are authorized to rent, you may be able to host on the platform.

Hosts create listings, set their net price, and manage availability. Palmabook then sets the final price shown to guests. Palmabook also supports calendar syncing with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Expedia through iCal.

To help build trust, Palmabook may use verification methods such as email, phone, government ID, and social accounts. Hosts and guests can also leave reviews for each other after a stay.
