What happens right after I pay?

Your card is authorized, not charged, and you are taken to a status page while the rooms are processed. Follow that page until a final result appears; confirmation can take longer than a few minutes. The confirmation email with your booking reference, access PIN and voucher is sent only after confirmation. If no room is confirmed, nothing is charged and the authorization is released. For a group, only confirmed rooms are charged and the unused authorization is released.
